If I could give them no stars I would. My wife recently brought her Apple computer and I pad in to have pictures moved from the computer and I pad to a external hard drive. And specifically told them to leave them in the cloud. Well the geeks could not get that straight. They have permanently deleted over 3000 photos of our wedding, our children births, Christmas’, family vacations etc. They were absolutely clueless as to what had happened, where the photos went or how to recover them!!!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

Almost 2 years ago i purchased a laptop and extended warranty. The salesman assured me the computer and all of the parts are completely covered. I asked specifically about the battery, and they said yes. When the battery died, they said it is NOT covered. This is not the first time i have been lied to there. Even if the salesman gave me false information by accident, ignorance is no excuse, especially when its going to now cost me money. They have no accountability. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
