Discount Car and Truck Rentals North

We rented a cargo van,were never told where to put key upon our after hour return We left the key locked inside the van,had we left the key with the van unlocked the van could have been driven off with! The manager then charged us for an extra day, even though we were NEVER told/instructed where to drop the van key on our return! After which we were told of a key drop off box. Had we been made aware of this prior to our return we would have done so!
