    OLD NAVY Online: Customer service SUCKS!!! I had to follow up weeks after sending an exchange in, only to get an email stating that I got a refund just Yesterday, which is not want I wanted....I simply wanted the same Items in a size smaller. I guess you dont like money? I did find simililar outfits & ordered them today because the price & quality are fair but your customer service is losing your money!

    I don't understand why it's sooo hard to get back to a customer and help them I tried to get a price adjust going on 5 days now
