Zofia Liddell, district manager, loved the differences between Loding and traditional North American clothing stores. “I visited France and shadowed several stores before helping to open Loding's first North American location in Toronto,” she says. “One thing I noticed is how different everything is done there: every store has a small, boutique-style atmosphere.”
The same feel can be experienced at Toronto's Loding location; there you’ll find personal, one-on-one service that the North American market generally lacks. “I had one customer come in and say that the store had such a nice one-on-one, VIP feeling that he felt like he should have made an appointment,” recalls Zofia. “We strive to offer that level of service to all of our customers.”
