The “M-Squared” stands for co-founders, Michael Lawrance and Mark Pelzl, who specialize in transforming tired spaces into stunning new homes – or building from the ground up. One of their coolest designs features an illuminated garage set back at a transverse angle with the warmly-lit living room soaring overhead.
