Awful. Refused to help with notary service, sad very rude when I asked for help finding a solution, told me to speak up because he was wearing hearing aids then accused me of yelling at him! I was looking for advice and simple notary service for the death of a close relative…I needed some help or kindness instead I got extreme unprofessionalism and thrown out into the rain!
