Although they did a good job with the grooming, I was very upset by the way I saw my dog treated. The staff had no patience whatsoever for the natural excitement that occurs when a dog sees it's owner. I saw unnecessary aggression used in response to this excitement. This made me uncomfortable so I proceeded to ask the staff to hand me my dogs leash. I had to ask a second time, assertively, before the leash was in my hands. I won't take him to this business again. The whole experience has been unpleasant for myself and my dog alike.
