Called to ask alignment cost. Advised that my camber needs adjusting. Was advised this is not an alignment and I would need to buy the camber part in addition to paying $90 for alignment. Went to alternative company alignment is $75. No camber part needed because camber isnt a part - camber is the neg and pos lean of a tire - a camber kit is a tool for mechanics to do alignments. Customers dont pay for mechanics tools. If your mechanic needs you to buy a tool for them, they arent a mechanic.

The people are nice however Incompetent with cars. Owner does not understand cars and neither does their "mechanic". Improperly diagnosed problems which led to more expense. Would not take responsibility.

AWFUL!!!! I hated...

AWFUL!!!! I hated their both service and customer service. I took my car to their place for oil change and two days later there was oil leak. they accepted that it was on their side and replaced it with a rubber plug. any other place that i went to said it is not a safe solution. they have used air driver and worn out the tread in my oil pan. I absolutely hate their service and will not recommend it to anyone...

Excellent Service and Fantastic Mechanics!

I really like bringing my car to Phoenix Automotive. I found them due to Canadian Tire not having time to work on my vehicle one day. They are right across the street. So I dropped in to see if they had time to do the work, and they did. They were excellent! Solved my problem quickly saving me money in labour and the job was done with care as if it were their own vehicle. Brought it back for a second repair on the brakes. Again, outstanding work and service. Friendly, easy to talk with them. And, they check all the small stuff to insure your fluid levels are topped up and tire pressure is balanced with the right recommended pressure for the tires. This service garage is now my regular automotive repair depot. They will work with you to save you money, yet get the job done to get you back on the road safely.
