Honestly the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The owner was not done detailing our car about 4 hours later, which the had promised to finish in 1-2 hours. We were advised to return later. We returned and it still was not finished. When we voiced that we were upset about the wait and about their failure to notify us ahead of time that they were running late, his reaction was not to try to apologize or to salvage our business, but to literally scream at us at the top of his lungs for being "rude". I have never been so disappointed with a business in my entire life, it was completely disrespectful.
The worst detailing experience ever. First of all, they triple booked the same time slot. So what was supposed to be "an hour, an hour and a half tops" ended up being closer to two and a half hours. On top of that the interior wasn't cleaned at all. At best, they took out my mats and soaked them and threw them back into the car so now my car smells. Windows, dash, seats all looked unattended to. Probably due to the fact that they triple booked and were trying to just rush it out.
