Nice Building, Lousy Management

Apartments are great for the price with a breakfast bar that opens to the kitchen, good size balcony and lots of storage space. The big problem is the on-site management staff. They have created a culture of fear, intimidation and favouritism causing a great deal of strife among the tenants. Many promised amenities are smoke and mirrors too. The "Exercise Room" is filled with broken down machines. When brought to management's attention the response is "we provide the room but not the equipment". It goes on and on.
