My wife and I have experience with this service for tax season 2017. They did not want to answer our questions about our files and exhibited very unprofessional attitude. They finished the tax file in 15-20 mins but they charged the fee for Q&A time as well. The worst is that the return files were calculated wrongly, name of person was put in wrong positions. Government accountants must correct it and we have to contact them to correct it as well. Dont go with them unless you want to get trouble
