Falardeau Zoo: being a refuge is in our nature.
May 1, 2009 marks the opening of a wildlife observation and agricultural interpretation center in St-David-de-Falardeau, Saguenay.
This center was born thanks to two enthusiasts, Daniel Gagnon and Suzie Girard. For more than 45 years, they have invested, with the help of their children, all their energies and efforts in a leading beef farm. This center helps animals in distress. When these can be safely released, they are released into the wild.
Since 2012 The owners have also acquired various species that people can observe in their natural habitat.
It is therefore with great pride that we invite you to come and visit us.more...See more text
Tres beau zoo. En fait,c'est plus qu'un zoo,c'est un refuge avec une mission. Ca vaut la peine de prendre un guide. Marie-Hélène a été tout simplement extraordinaire.
