Nous avons récemment acheté un tapis pour notre salon chez TDC. À travers tous ces choix, on nous a proposé des options très en harmonie avec notre décoration! Juste avant la livraison, on nous a avisé, avec photo à l'appui, qu'ils avaient remarqué une imperfection dans le tissage du tapis que nous avions choisi. Ils ont continué à prendre les devants, et procédé à une réparation. Tout cela, dans un échange ouvert et positif. Résultat? Le tapis était parfait et le service impeccable!!!
We bought our luxury vinyl planking, stair carpeting and area rug from Tapis Decor Chantilly and we love it all! Working with Irwin and Richard was a pleasure. They were both very helpful, as was his whole team. Prices were very fair and choices are abundant! We will certainly be calling Irwin again when it’s time to do the basement! This is how every business should be run. Right from the get-go everything was done right. However the best part had more to do with how well things were looked after once one of our two carpets had to go back due to an unfortunate error. This is typically when you get to see the true colors of a business. in our case it can be summed up by two words: No Problems! The owner simply said he would take care of it, and he did. Extremely impressive. We are heading back for carpet #3.

We had three sets of blinds made and installed, one with electric motor. Irwin Taiger was responsive and informative from the initial bidding process through to final installation and follow up. We had consultation, design, installation, final fitting and tuning of the electric blinds. In each step Decor Chantilly exceeded expectations. Our blinds are perfect.
