Employés incompétents et hautains. Profites du fait que j´ai l´air jeune pour ne pas me donner un service quil a de l´allure. Jai parlé avec trois managers pour régler ma situation, mais ils ne sont daucune aide. Je vous déconseilles daller à ce magasin.
the person that helped me with my problem was very friendly and he fixed my problem in 20 minutes which was a bit complicated would recomend this store as excellent with five stars

Used to be a proud customer. Nowadays they wont fix a battery on a 6 month old phone because of a cosmetic flaw, unless I pay for the full phone. Im baffled

en effet,a ne pas négliger les spéciaux en ligne ou en magasin de Apple ,faut y aller pour en profiter ,car souvant les produits qui seront remplacer par une nouvelle génération ,y seront écoulé pour pas cher !
Le temple Apple où on peut trouver tous les gadgets et produits associés à la marque, ou presque. Le personnel s'y connaît, en plus d'être sympathique et énergique. Leur système de facturation électronique est efficace. Vivement la techno.
Design at it's best. Helpful staff. I bought the wrong cable and they replaced it no questions asked. I also had issue when starting up. they fixed that too.
Apple again shows that it is a powerful player in the smartphone wars. It won't be for everyone, the call quality and reception vary if you don't use a case. The call quality is improved and it continues to deliver an excellent music and video experience.
The touch screen really works, intutive, easy to use menu, and through iTunes it got better and better over time without having to move away from your PC / Mac.
The fact that every other manufacturer since the release of the iPhone has been trying to copy it proves to me that it really is ahead of its time.
I remember having a problem with getting the hardrive out of my Macbook, they did it for me free of charge even though my guarantee was expired. Excellent support indeed!!! Thanks Apple!!!
