Excellente expérience. Mes 12 ans de photos ont été retrouvées en très peu de temps, service de qualités et suivi très apprécié. Avant de me faire conseiller Chronodisk Je suis allé voir 2 compagnies qui ont été incapables de faire quoi que ce soit sur mon disque. Un grand merci tout particulier à Imré.
J’ai payé 6,000$ pour sauver toutes les données de notre projet sur serveur Raid Dell en 8 disques. Ça peut sembler dispendieux mais aucune compagnie au Quebec n’a été capable de faire la job et ça nous a sauvé 18 mois de travail. Service excellent, rapide, efficace. Merci à toute l’équipe et à Imré en particulier qui a été disponible toute la fin de semaine pour gérer notre urgence.
I was lied to about the diagnostics and quoted $2300 + tx. I brought my RAID hard drive to another business that said I had 1 failed disk. Chronodisk said there were 2. The other data recovery company quoted me $500 and had 100% of my data restored within a few days. Chronodisk is a horrible business that takes advantage of peoples desperation. Strongly recommended - go elsewhere!
Sorry for your disappointment we had serious reasons to declare unstable 2 of your 4 hdds to prevent any damage on your data. Maybe we shouldn't. But we’ll never take risk to do cheap data recovery without any ISO process. You were very lucky to recover all your files but next time if your failure is more critical our RAID experts will be the only ones to resolve your problem in Quebec.
