From my personal experience there I can definetly say that the facility is in fact leaking, the staff is very rude/harrasses people, the wifi is really slow and the place gets so cold in the winter and hot in the summer. If it werent for the fact that Id lose money from cancelling, that they didnt have the premium membership to allow me to go elsewhere, and that the place was convenient, I would probably never go there again. I am seriously disapointed.

The gym has leaks in the ceiling, when I mentioned the leaks on the floor their solution were buckets. the gym is not exclusively for women,male employees come replenish the vending machine ect... The manager harasses clients, she follows them around to put equipment away even when they havent finished training and complains about the clients very loudly in the gym. The staff very often play on their cell phones and take their time when helping clients. they treat the gym as their playground.

For a bed-lover like me, there could have been no better place for me to go. The Extra plan that gives access to the group class is totally perfect to help me achieve my goal. No wonder the relaxing massage time after exercising.
