    Inspection incomplète

    Cette firme d'inspection a omis de constater qu'il manquait 6 pouces de cellulose dans l'entretoit de notre résidence. Le constructeur de la maison a reconnu que l'isolation ne respectait pas les normes en vigueur. Simard et associés n'a cependant pas reconnu ses torts et a cessé de retourner nos appels....

    Incomplete inspection

    A note to indicate that this inspection firm missed the fact that our roof was missing 6inch of cellulose insulation. We found out 5 years later and the home builder accepted to pay some of the cost but this inspector did not returned our calls... I think this bad experience is important to mention.
