They don't care about their tenants & they don't follow up on issues. I've had holes in my bathroom ceiling since early November 2023. They stopped answering my emails or providing any updates since November 23rd. Leaving me completely in the dark. They also don't answer the phone when you or leave voicemails. I'll have to take the day off work to go to their office to see if anyone is working their and can finally do something. Will I be compensated for my time? Probably not.

Had a lovely experience living in one of their buildings

After dealing with this company for too long now and I’ve have absolutely had it. I’ve never had a interaction with this company that didn’t involve amateur level mistakes or just complete incompetence. Please, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
