Do not buy helium balloons here
Confederation Location: Had purchased helium balloons the night before wanting to bring them in to my class, made this clear to the clerk. By the morning the balloons had no helium left. Manager (owner?) would not refund the puchase. For $1.50/balloon I felt this was very poor survice, and an unfortunate waste of money.
