Looking to introduce some more healthy greens into your diet? You'll love the introduction to vegetarian cuisine. Course price varies from $50 to $145.
At La Guilde Culinaire, the mission is to promote and share the pleasure of cooking. The practical courses are designed to provide an exciting experience, teach some of the tricks of the trade, and allow you to spice up your dishes. The house chefs are accompanied by guest chefs such as Christophe Morel, Julien Reignier, Everell Geneviève, Philippe Labbe, Samuel Sirois and Julien Roy. Each month, new cooking classes are added to expand your culinary horizons. The course fees range from $80 to $145.
In addition to its extensive collection of cookbooks, Appetite for books offers English-language presentations and tastings for all culinary skill levels. You'll be asked to explore different cooking techniques and culinary styles, and can then explore recipes from their cookbooks. Private lessons from Chef Jonathan are also available.
Les Touilleurs offers chef workshops hosted by some of the best chefs in Montreal. In front of 14 guests, they cook three or four dishes while sharing their knowledge.
