Living in Kelowna, BC, I phoned and spoke with Shannon to design a specific floral arrangement for a dear family member living in Athabasca, Alberta and if the order could be done on the same day. The store was very busy with arrival of fresh flowers but Shannon said that the order would be taken care of...And it was. I received a photo of the arrangement from the family member and it was very beautiful. Thanks to Shannon for filling out the order and to her sister, Shawna, for the design.

I cant say enough about Lisas work - her enthusiasm, sense of humour and can-do attitude are amazing. She really goes so over & above the large commercial vendors in this business that it blows them away. She went outside the norm and did a little personal shopping for me to enhance my order, as I am not in the area....wow. The person that received the bouquet was brought to tears and was truly amazed at how gorgeous it was.....and I got all the credit hahaha! Thanks so much Lisa!!!

Incredible service and arrangements! They made up 3 incredible arrangements from my description over the phone and had them ready to go when I showed up (my wife used to work at a flower shop and even commented on how good the florist was, something bout some fancy or right way to cut tops off something I dunno but they looked beautiful and she was very impressed too!) I had to work late and someone even stuck around so I could pick them up late, incredible customer service! Highly recommended!
