They are quite polite. My doctor has send prescription in email. They filled my dose promptly. Though I went at the closing time, they kept open after hours and detailed me prescription medicines. I have been a patient of this clinic from the 1st week they opened, I must say both the ladies (Fauzia & Charu) at the reception are doing a great job.....Keep up the good work ladies. Dr. Kahlon and Dr Girgis are great doctors, unlike other doctors they take time to listen to their patient. Can't think of going anywhere else....

I have been going to this shoppers drug mart for a long time and I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The service is excellent and the staff really treat their customers with so much respect. From the cosmeticians to the cashiers and the pharmacist too. What a wonderful team!!! I am always treated kindly there. Today I was there and I was waiting in line when someone tried to go in front of me and the cashier noticed and told the lady that I was there first.
