I've visited this place several times, and is probably my favorite small/casual restaurant. Each and every experience I've loved, except the hot dog (Thick, spicy and more of a sausage). I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We first tried it on our way through Pictou and ended up choosing them to cater our wedding. Camille was incredibly helpful, kind, and thorough throughout the process. On the wedding day her staff were prompt and so kind to all of the guests. They were so helpful and assertive where needed! They even cut the cake for us when we had originally had planned to do so. Overall the experience was incredible, not to mention how affordable it all was. Read more

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Bicycle Thief last night. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal after the order was taken. Totally unable to have any conversation during our wait (noisy). I had ravioli that consisted of 8 pieces of ravioli in a sauce for $21.00 so I left feeling hungry.
