I was overjoyed with the service I recieved. The staff were caring and friendly. I went in not quite sure what to send to a friends celebration of life and the two women there helped me get the best arrangement for him. My friends family request information on where I went to get such a beautiful arrangement made for their son. They still have it to this day. My sister died suddenly, and I have never done the cremation process before. Paula who was my contact made it meaningfull and not painfull she was very kind and explained everything in regards to forms and the actual viewing and identification she made it ok. I was very appreciative and went away feeling I had done what my sister has asked for.
