Unsure of those other reviews on here. I've relied on this store for 5 years now. The owner, and other senior staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had an issue on returns either.

Excellent Person Steve is and a True Salesman to the Core.Honest, Helpful and very Accurate. Delivers when Promised and goes out of his way to Please. He and his Team do a Quality Job. I recommended him to our Church Pastor 2 Years ago(2021) & they built us an 8X12 Shed and once ready for delivery, took only 1Hr. +.45 Minutes for Installation, Start to Finish including Shingling. All we had to do was Stain it! We are so happy, we are getting him for a Second Shed on the Church Property.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Although this location is not close to my home, I just would not go to any other location. When I come through the door I always feel welcome by the staff. If I have questions they always have good answers. Today, I need to order something over the phone and wait for it to come in, but it is worth the wait. At least I did not have to drive all the way to the store just to place my order. Love my Rizvi's Home Hardware store and the staff. Thanks guys.

I recently had to purchase my skin care products from the Bay Clinique counter. The gift-with-purchase was ending and I tried at Markville with no luck the service was not the greatest. I called JASMINE KAUR and right away not only did she answer but remembered me from my previous visit. She was polite, patient, and very courteous. She processed my order right away and I received it yesterday with a couple of additional goodies. I have purchaseBay for over 30 years is was the best service!
