    ***** AT ALL COST...

    ***** AT ALL COST, DO NOT USE THIS AUTOBODY SHOP ****** To quickly sum up so I am not typing all day (there are that many problems). Accident was March 23, 2015. Minor passenger fender hit and tire sidewall slashed (possible steering component damage), vehicle was flat deck towed from the accident so no way to know anything else. Calgary coachworks bill shows the vehicle got there on the 26th, actually 6 days went by without then calling (I called them to see if they will be getting the vehicle,

    HORRIBLE

    I brought my car here to have a small accident repair done and it was supposed to take 10 days, 3 and a half weeks later I still do not have my car. This shop has been completely unprofessional and has not contacted us once to let us know of the extra time required for them to complete the job. As I am paying around 10 grand to have this job done at this location I would expect for there to be a certain level of customer service and this is not the case. I have had better customer service from fast food restaurants. I have been given the same run around story every time that I have asked about when my car will finally be done and in all honesty driving my car around with damage would have been a better option than brining it to Calgary Coach Works. I have heard similar stories from others who have used this shop and I would recommend that everyone avoids this shop. - VERY unsatisfied customer
