Extremely poor, careless and third world country level service..... In fact 3rd world countries have it better. How do they stay in business ? They seem to be based here in Canada.

This is a very poorly organized system. You take a number and wait to be helped by an associate. This is extremely inefficient. In 2.5 hours it has gone from #51 to 69. There are families in the waiting room waiting hours to be helped and the AC is broken. There has to be a quicker more effective way to help people. It would be ideal if people were able to shop like a regular store and it was arranged by school. I could have been in and out in 15 minutes.

Worst customer service ever. Had to wait 30 min just to pick ip a single item. No cashier on site.
