Carol - Did color and cut 6 times & could not get color right. 2 cuts were not done right with long pieces hanging down (which is easy to see). Went back 4/6 times for a recolor - nice that she did this for free but a waste of my time
Switched to Wendy and color was good shade but had sections missing base root color at the crown so hard to part to avoid showing. Asked for a long shag style cut and she cut the top way too short and left the rest way too long - end result - a mullet.
Will never ever go back again.
