I ordered the taxi to deliver myself from my home to the hospital( I had very important meeting and I lost it). The cab did not appear. Nobody called me, nobody apologized. Be very careful to order this taxi. Never again.
If I could give this company a -100 I would. This is the worst form of getting a ride in my life. I referred a ride, and didnt even see a vehicle. I called and called over and over, even spoke to the driver a couple times. He hung up on me twice. I tried to give him directions because he was "lost" and he hung up on me twice.They said next ten min, next ten min, next ten min, well it added up roll 3 hours!!
This company is the most unreal able copant in my life. I recommend anyone else!!! Pen
