Scheduled my touchup for 6pm, on my way there ran into horrible traffic on the Henday so messaged that I was going to be a tad late. Got to her house at 6:14pm, and she had left! I drove 45 minutes, had booked and paid for babysitting, to only be treated very unprofessionally. She did not attempt to contact me when she saw I wasnt there at 6pm, and said she didnt see my message I sent at 6:07pm that I was 10 min away. Very unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
