Dr. Der is hands down the best doctor I have ever met. He is patient, understanding and very thorough. I always feel better when I leave because he makes sure I understand everything and is always professional. The receptionist there is also very nice, what a sweet lady!! Even though they were completely booked they squeezed me in and were very understanding about it and did not at all make me feel rushed. Best medical clinic in Edmonton!

the service that is recived from the receptionist was unbelievably poor. She was hands down the rudest person I've delt with at a doctors office. I was trying to figure out if i could become a pacient there since they are one of the only places taking in new pacients at this time. and all she would tell me is i couldnt come there to have papers filled because i could only have that done at my family doctor except she couldnt understand that when i said my doctor passed away that means i cant go see him anymore. and then she has the nerve to hang up on me and wouldnt answer anymore phone calls from my number.
