Our over the phone conversation with parts department was very friendly, fast, and courteous. Parts were sourced quickly and efficiently. I would recommend anyone to use this vendor as we are very satisfied with them.

Danny from Saskatoon. Went to the Home Styles show last year 2014 and purchased a Caspian 42. Best purchase in a long time. Very knowledgeable and professional. Spent $12,000.00 and got the works. Installed on my deck when I was ready in the next 2 months. Curtious staff put everything together. Helped with the set up. Made sure everything was operating correctly. My family and I are using it almost everyday. Can't be happier. Great after sales service and information. Supplies readily available. Went back to the Home Styles show this year to check in with the Dynasty Spas staff and met Rochelle. Expressed my appreciation and would recommend anyone whom is seriously wanting to purcahse a hot tub spa to check out Dynasty Spas.
I recently purchased a hot tub from dynasty spas in red deer and am extremely happy with the service and sales personnel at dynasty spas. The staff was very professional and knowledgable with the products they are selling. I would recommend this business to a friend. I shopped around before purchasing a hot tub and dynasty's products where by far the nicest on the market.

I told my husband i wanted to get a hot tub, ya ya he said and this went on and one for months..... guess he didnt want to shop around.. Well like any woman would i took it upon myself! I went into Dynasty and found the gals there really helpful Rochelle really knew her stuff, So when my husband came home from work, I dragged his butt in there (to pay of course!!) of hourse he's like any man out there so we had to get the best of the best, we ended up getting a 8ft Paramount complete with stereo and TV!! ITS GREAT I just love this tub, I can sit and relax and not have to tell my kids to quit spalshing!! they sit quietly too and we all watch a movie, it makes for some good family time! Since then I have had a few questions regarding chemicals and such, It was as simple as a phone call the girl walked me through several differnt chemical procedures and helped find which one works best for me!
