The staff at ILoveKickboxing is phenomenal. Schedule is very flexible and convenient. It is an intense workout of cardio and kickboxing but you leave feeling refreshed and motivated.
Great location, lots of free parking, great inspiring staff. I usually spent 500 - 600 cal during the workout which is very intense. Great team of instructors. Nice hours. Clean facility. Friendly! Highly recommend!
I was all smiles the entire class. I enjoyed myself and cant wait to fit in more sessions. I had no problems keeping up with the class, even with my limitations. I was accommodated, encouraged and supported the entire time. Even fellow classmates were great! Till my next session!
I have tried a lot of different workouts but ILoveKickboxing is the only one that made me come back for more. The staffs are great and approachable, they motivate you every class. It’s a fun workout with great people.
