We purchased our sofa and love seat from Ashley Furniture in Langley and it was a positive experience. Kim assisted us with the whole process. She showed us many options, helped us customize our sofas and was not at all pushy (which you often get with furniture salespeople). We didn't feel rushed to buy and Kim was well informed about the products Ashley carries. Overall, a lovely furniture shopping experience!
All queries were responded to quickly and efficiently, item chosen was excellent quality and met our needs. Would certainly recommend sales rep and business.
