Another company had previously come to my house and charged me to tell me to clean my dishwasher pipes. I called Scott's Appliance Service and he came to check it out. He found that I needed a pump. He went and got the part the same day and my dishwasher was fixed!! Great customer service and very prompt. I will be using this company again if I have any other problems with my appliances :) Thank you!!
Had a very bad experience with this company. Did not show up on a confirmed time, nor did he call, apologize or make it up in any way. Took time off work to make the appointment, very frustrating. Sent quote via email, and did not send a proper quote, when asked for it to be done professionally, he replied with "are you serious?" We were annoyed and tested our displeasure, only to be met with further increasing rudeness. We will never use this company again!
