I met Crystal 6 years ago and she got me to be in the best shape of my life. Then, life got on the way and I thought I could manage! but I've decided to go back and sign up to start bootcamp again because I know that if I want results, Crystal is my girl. Her classes are fun, she adapts to your level but she also pushes you to improve. If you do your part, great results. I highly recommend her.
I have been working out with Crystal for several years. She comes to my home and we work out in my condo building’s gym. She is always on time and has a great attitude. She develops effective workouts that meet my needs and is always receptive to feedback. I've been going to boot camp with Crystal at West Coast Personal Trainer for a while now and I get a great workout every time. If you have injuries or are hurting, she's great at adjusting the workout for your specific needs. Not only is it a great workout, I have lots of fun with all the other people in the group.
