When I had to return a pair of boots that did not fit, I was treated with total discourtesy and rudeness by the owner. I did not read the sign that no credit would be issued for returned goods, so he was correct on that. But that is no way to treat a customer. He was loud and rude to both myself and my wife. I don't know how this man has stayed in business with his bad attitude towards a customer.
