My experience with this company was nothing other than amazing. Polite and they showed up on-time. Nice change for once.

Worst Customer Service

If there was a ZERO rating I would use it, but unfortunately I have to waste a star on this company. I called for a cab and asked how long before it arrived...was told "5 min". 15 min later we called again and asked how long till the cab actually arrives, and was told "5 min". I explained we were told that 15 min ago, to which the dispatcher responded by yelling at me " YOU HAVE A POOR ATTITUDE....". I cancelled the cab in mid sentence of his abusive rant. I called their "local competition in Mt. Pearl" and they arrived within the 5 min stated by the dispatch with good customer service. Pearl City Cab is NOT a company I would ever use or recommend to any person or traveller.
