Terrible they have only been to my house twice in the last 2 weeks did very little have called them and they just keep making excuses its been just about 2 months now since the basement flooded with sewage that they took almost 2 weeks to show up for in the first place

I want to reiterate how pleased I am with the work completed. As I do not live in Cape Breton a lot of things were done by phone and as a result this whole experience could have been a nightmare but it wasn't because of all of you.
