Excuses, delays... excuses and more delays. If they can’t deliver then they need to stop advertising they can!!!
Package was supposedly delivered to me on Sept 21st still not here on September 30th. Purolator driver here today, wrapped on window and before I could get to the door was driving away.
Absolutely terrible service. One parcel delivered and lost to the wrong address in Truro the other stuck on a truck somewhere 3 days past my already delayed arrival date. Mind you this item travelled across Canada without a hitch to end up Lost in Truro with Purolator. UPDATE- Just received news from Amazon to make another claim as it seems they have lost my second parcel as well.
Terrible service .... scheduled a pick up for 12-2 only to come home and find a sticky on my door from 10:13 saying that CAN’T pick up the package at that time at any given day .... than tells me it’s a courtesy that they pick up deliveries .... WTF ITS ONLY BEING RETURNED CAUSE THEY SMASHED THE BOX ALL UP AND THE TV DOESNT WORK
Very poor customer service!!! They also hire out their deliveries and are not held responsible for they delays!! I was do to receive a package today, and it went undelivered. Said they couldnt make it up my BARE driveway. Nor did they try to call the number on my package!!! WILL NEVER USE PUROLATOR again if I can help it. Ended up sending package back due to the expense of having to drive 90 mins!!!
