    Dealing with Ron At City Collision was so easy. I had a small problem but it was not a problem with him . Dealt with a lot of businesses and this was the best experience. Would not hesitate to have anything done by City Collision.

    Excellent service. Ron called for a part while I was there after inspecting damage on my car. He called me when my part arrived and I went right over and my car was fixed while I enjoyed a coffee and magazine by the fireplace. The guys made me feel like home.very impressed with the service. They’ve even adopted a stray cat. Being a cat lover myself, that seals it for me. They will get my business every time.

    I reached City Collision by mobile search while reading feedback from others.Next day when I arrived there it was such a neat, clean and warm, and so fascinating,Once you meet RON,confidence completes.Honest, professional, courteous and what all a customer expect you get them at City Collision.A cute cat makes you busy with free beverage and in no time your car is ready.A blue toque gift was on time to have it from him. Thanks to every one Mike Must not be forgotten.

    all I can say is, some of the best service I've ever had. They were courteous, and very accommodating. they served us fresh fruit and fresh coffee, and not only did an assessment of her vehicle damage but fixed it for free. customer service like this in the auto industry is a lost art. thank you to Ron and the team at City collision!

    Excellent Service

    Called City Collision spoke with Ron, drop by anytime was his response. Did just that, although it was late in the afternoon Glenn took excellent care of my needs. Offered me coffee and squeezed me in. In no time flat my dent in my bumper was removed. I was not after perfection and was not looking for a new replacement bumper. The City Collision team did an excellent job. One really has to look hard to see where the dent was their work was that good. Saved me $$$ over a new bumper.
