Very bad customer service over the phone. Management should consider customer service training on how to speak to people.
Ordered roof racks for my CRV over the phone and picked them up in Bowmanville. They were in excellent shape and all the attachment hardware was included. I recommend them.
had one employe who was very helpful, corey. Other than that, incredibly rude and careless customer service. didn't deliver on part of the deal. First and last time. Buy somewhere else.

Visited the business to obtain a steering pump. Had brutal service from the employees over the phone & in person. I obtained the part & then booked my car into the mechanics. My mechanic & friend laughed at me & said the part was blatantly broken & another piece on the part wasn't going to last much longer. I phoned Hotches & I got blamed for not looking over the part! As if it is was my responsibility? He exchanged the part but insulted my mechanic/friend and was so miserable it was ridiculous!
I visited this business to purchase a seat and was very disappointed in the service I received. When I arrived the seat was waiting for me but parts were missing. I asked if he could check for the missing parts. All of a sudden this person gets an attitude and starts saying he's got more time in it then what it's worth to him, maybe he should give me my money back. SORRY! I thought you were in the business of selling auto parts. Plus $100 for a lower seat that took 2 minutes to get out of the car is good profit if you ask me. His time must have been very valuable! Reluctantly he did go and check but with a sour face. Parts weren't there so he tried to sell it for $25 dollars cheaper. I declined because a seat with missing parts isn't much good to me. Talk about receiving a dirty look, totally felt like I was at fault for walking in the front door. Well needless to say I'll never return. WORST SERVICE..MISERABLE EMPLOYEES!
