The team was Courteous and professional, Exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. What stuck me most was the usage of the truck, not a cubic inch wasted. They had my 3 bedroom apartment packed and moved under 4 hours.
Be careful of using this company. We have thousands of dollars of damage to our furniture, was guaranteed by Fred the owner that he opened a claim through his insurance, but nothing has been done. This is also not a professional moving company its a u-haul outlet. Also check the BBB for further reviews about this "company".

I called Fred for a short notice move and he got back to me very quickly and gave me a flat rate. The move was small in nature and other companies were quoting almost double his price. His guys showed up right on time and were quick loading up the van, they took care with fragile items.

Well, Durham 1 movers done an excellant job. When I was searching for a moving company they communicated right away, when I called few movers and I left voice message, but when I called DURHAM 1 MOVERS i got someone live on the phone, I was impressed, Than after the guy name Fred gave me quote , I asked him if he can e-mail me? within 5 minutes I received his e-mail where he put detail about the move, date, time & cost and what will cover..amazing experience! Than I wanted to make sure that I am dealing with a real moving company, I went to their office and sign the contract. I try few other movers and they do not have any commercial address, the quote I received from Durham 1 movers is way less than other movers, I paid almost 35% less from others quote i had received,(I paid $95 per hour 3 guys, where other moveres wanted $150 per hour) the moving crews were hard working people they were on time, polite and done a great move, they warp everything and asked questions they were quick too, I strongly recommend this moving company.
