Ok It was are first time here my wife and I and another couple, and a friend, decided to have a nice night out and decided to go to beautiful Port Dover, because we heard about this wonderful restaurant that a friend came 2 years ago. So ok we arrived after getting lost no signs anything we had to pull over and ask where this place was. We arrived to the beautiful restaurant hidden away from the rest of the town and yeah on the lake nice landscaping and interior was superb . We had some cocktails up stairs in the lounge which were good and the prices weren't bad. Are table was ready and sat down and opened the menu wooooow ok now this is ridicules we were just in Toronto at a 3 star restaurant a month previous and that restaurant was cheaper, so ok we got some apps, which were horrible but not wonderful as the price should reflect, ok mains small the meat was over done the veg over done the strach good but on the cold side, seriously I really hope the owner reads this because your bussiness is going to go down hill fast serving bad food and charging a stupid amount of money for road house style food, I am sorry but it was. Oh almost forgot dessert chocolate something key lime pie, no good either
I was surprised at the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. I always wanted to go there and was dissappointed in the food and the presentation. I really could not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
