Service was absolutely awful. We got seated immediately and gave our orders. A large group of 20 arrived and monopolized the servers and kitchen. After 45 minutes we were told that the kitchen was working on the large party's order first, even though we ordered before them.
We walked out. The Keystorm Pub is a complete waste of time.

Went to the Keystorm because in my opinion, they have the best wings in town and they are reasonably priced. It had been a while since I was there so we decided to try it. The place was kind of dirty and had an un kept look about it but that wasn’t the worst part of it. By far it was some of the worst service I have ever had. The wait staff could have cared less if we were there or not. A blond girl that has waited on me in the past has a crappy attitude and should really consider another career. I think it’s time for Dan to make some staff changes. I used to be a regular at the Keystorm but It will be a long while before I go back.
Very nice place every time we go diving in the area we cant leave without our wings. The service is #1 Nicky the waitress recognize us after years. Everybody we bring there appreciate the place.

Great staff, great food.. it's my home in Brockville. I come from the east cost and am used to great pubs. This is the only place in the area that comes close to home.

beer was warm...understandably not the bartenders fault..things happen. Getting attitude from the bartender...not cool. Like it was my fault for ordering it. Who is the moron that mad that guy in charge of anything is beyond me!
