Been here twice: 1st time a year ago we had mussels 3 ways...don't go to pubs for mussels. I don't think they offer this anymore. Smart.
2nd time was a couple weeks ago with a group. We had tonnes of fun, ordered many different dishes, mainly pub fare. The ribs on special were GINORMOUS. Nothing special as to flavour but tender and enough to take home half. Fried lobster bits appetizer was awful. Fish & Chips batter was thick and uncooked.
The waitress with the long blond extensions and bubble on top couldn't handle a group our size (12 people). Drinks and orders often came one at a time and she bordered on rude, in a naive way not an ornery way. Perhaps she was new or perhaps management should have had 2 wait staff in that room.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Grimsby. They make the best wings in town. They are big and not greasy. We get the sauce served on the side (the tastiest sauce ever). The large caesar salad is large enough to feed 2 people. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff are fantastic. We've only tried wings (Wed. is wing night - 49 cent wings), but have noticed other plates going by with huge portions of food. Plan on trying something different this weekend. Folks you have to give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

I havent been in since the ownership change and name change. Wow what a great job they did. The biggest improvement came via the food. Outstanding. Hats off to that chef. Our service was graeat aswell, but i didnt catch her name, she was short, wit ha great smile. If you have the chance check this place out.
