Don't even bother to contact the number that is listed. The ONLY option they give you is to connect you with your branch. MY BRANCH is the issue. I have reached out to the branch manager 7 times. her name is LACEY. She is useless. She does NOT even have the courtesy to reply. I reached out to other Ottawa branches to get a different number or email. THEY ALL REFUSED. Imagine that.....a loan company that refuses to provide a contact number or email to reach a REAL person.
