Would give a 0 star if I could. Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service couple. Do not know how to speak to people, do not answer the phone and Ignoring my calls and used inappropriate language when speaking, told me to shut up and stop asking stupid questions when I tried inquiring. Kept making up excuses and lies to why the shipment wasn’t ready over 2months. Business owners needs to be shut down and reevaluated their plans in order to service THEIR “customers” better. They promised to deliver my barrel to st Lucia in on month , now is almost two months and still no barrel last time I spoke to them they say it’s still sailing

I am writing to tell all Jamaicans and Caribbean Nationals NEVER to use this shipping company. The owner and his wife are dishonest and disrespectful people. They lie about the time you will get your stuff. The way they speak to customer is mind boggling. I have to wonder how they are still in business. This was my first time using them and the LAST. Save yourself the headache and plan ahead. Use another company. They are truly terrible!!!!
Very terrible customer service.Pick up never on the time arranged ,the two males who pick up very rude.......At the office the Indian woman (owner wife) was very rude...... .I am not doing business with these people again nor recommend anyone to that type of service. ...Little do they know they need our money more than how we need their waterdown service.They need to ...Get it right ....21 Century Customer Service....cut out the sloppiness....!!!!
