WORST repair company EVER. -Never answer their phone and rarely answer voicemails -didnt hear from them from the initial date of his inspection for 3 months. when I called to ask why the secretary told me she lost my contact information. -missed two appointments for repair in a row with no call or notification that he wasnt coming. again I called for explanation. He said he wasnt sure where the parts were. -spent the next 3 months trying to get them to refund me the initial fee I paid

Had an appointment for dishwasher service about two weeks ago and nobody showed up. Never called, never left a message, not once did anybody pick up the phone when I tried to reach them. Absolutely ridiculous, would not recommend them to anybody.

Called them to fix my dishwasher, no one answers the phone and I left voice mail. Never called back. Terrible.

No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I had an appointment today to install an over the range microwave; when the repairman arrived, he asked why he was there. When I told him he was to install a microwave, he said that’s a two man job and left. Messages not returned so I guess I’m without a microwave for Christmas.

Great service. Busy time of year but fixed 20 year old washer before the holidays. Thanks Norm!
