Each season, each bee yard offers a particular flora density affecting the color, the taste, and the palate of this unique nectar collected over several KM radius by these honey bees. Harvesting the ripened combs in defined and smaller lots will let you discover multiple and indescribable flavors. Our bees are not fed corn syrups or the like during any time of the year. We do not blend nor do we add artificial flavors, and we ensure that our honey is not exposed to excessive temperatures during its process.
